Workers in every enterprise should become collectively their own board of directors.

Capitalism Hits the Fan By Rick Wolff

"Boards of directors must be deprived of the incentives and resources they have always used to negate the rules and controls that aim to make economic activity serve social needs. "

"This requires a basic change: the workers in every enterprise should become collectively their own board of directors. "

"This proposal for workers to collectively become their own board of directors also democratizes the enterprise."

"It gives the majority in every enterprise the power to decide what is produced, how and where it is produced, and what is done with the proceeds."

Capitalism Hits Fan: Richard Wolff on the Economic Meltdown

they .. certainly ..are not getting away .. with murder ..this time around ..

someone can not but notice .. the parallel demise of the socialist block during the time real wages were assaulted

there was no one to challenge them .. workers became disillusioned ..

socialism discredited .. there was no need for employers to keep the workers ..pleased .. with real wages ..

the Soviet Union .. by being there .. was an attraction pole .. a deterrent for any harsh treatment of the capitalist states workers ..

Russia and China .. jumping into the bandwagon of capitalism .. served the final blow for the workers ..

ironically .. that will bring the demise ..of capitalism itself  .. now that .. left or right .. have lost their meaning ..  as they should have ..

...not needed any longer .. the age of ..man's/woman's emancipation ..awaits ..

.. no longer in need ..to be taken ..by the hand ..
